We warranty an immediate replacement for 12 months of commercial application excluding those that are Final Sale. The lock must have been installed in the initial location.

Please, write us the email with the description of the defect and picture (we might not have to request the return of defective locks). We will send you the RMA number and Tracking number for your replacement.
